I had some concerns about this SSD as I didn't recognize the brand at all. However, I didn't have many options that offered 480-512GB of capacity in a mere 50mm mSATA slot. But the computer had no problem recognizing the drive, and the installation was no more difficult than replacing the 2.5" SSD drives I usually install. I don't do intensive benchmark testing or collect game rigs, so I can't comment on that. on drive performance, except that when you're replacing a traditional hard drive, like all SSDs, that hard drive rotates around your old hard drive.
