I've eaten half a can and so far I'm enjoying it. I underestimated how strong the vanilla flavor would be. I usually add almond milk when blending a meal replacement smoothie and I can't use too much when doing this or the vanilla flavor will be overwhelming. When I combine it with water it's really good. When I use it with a shaker and water I have to mix it up and then let it sit for a bit because it FOAMS like crazy. Annoying, but I got over it. I use it as a recovery shake and also add it to meal replacement fruit and veg smoothies. I've noticed I'm not so sore since I drank them. Not sure if it is related to the boost or the shaking. In any case. I am satisfied with this protein.
