Yes Yes Yes I know it's a cat collar. I knew it was a cat collar when I ordered it but my pup was only 6 pounds at the time and would not fit a dog collar. One day we were walking when she pulled and snapped the collar and I started running down the street behind her, dodging cars and running into people's backyards to catch her. I probably shouldn't be so hard on a product I've used incorrectly (on a dog, not a cat) but I would definitely say BEWARE if you plan on using this on your dog/cat/turtle /Put your iguana on and take those out. for a walk. Beautiful but not functional!
