3/19/20Day One. Unboxed this robot and it's amazing! My wife and I have alternated two 15 minute sessions so far (30 minutes total) and then I had to wait an incredibly long 1 hour for the recommended cool down before returning to Round 2. I'm a 10 foot wide male and have enough room in the device to adjust my position. I used the highest intensity level, mode 2 and heat. This combination seems perfect to me. If I stick my legs all the way in. Well, Jiminy Cricket, he hits my bows right on the line between too much pressure and "enough". Personally, I feel like a good massage gets me into an area of mild pain. This device does it for me, it's not whoops, it's more like a flinch and *almost* enough to make me want to pull out. I would prefer an intensity level almost half that high, but I don't know if I can last 15 minutes at that constant level. By moving my foot inside the device, I can focus it on different areas. When I bring my foot all the way back to the heel, I can feel the airbag compress just below the Achilles tendon. It's not nearly as strong as the underfoot rollers, but the airbag handles the pressure well. As you move your foot left and right in the device, the focus of the roller will shift. I haven't decided yet if I prefer the inside edges or the outside edges, but I know I'll be testing a lot more in the near future. So far, so good. Due to the Covid-19 quarantine we are all at home now and I think this massager will give me and my wife a chance to relax over the next few weeks.
