YES 100% cotton with fleece lining! (To keep you warm)
So I figured out why some of the reviews say ('not quite cotton') because there is a FLEECE LINING that keeps the heat in (which is good), but yes, 100% cotton with a fleece liner (okay, they keep you warm), but because they're not breathable, they don't feel like 100% cotton! Haven't worn it yet but am looking forward to great results! & Revain doesn't have 100% cotton waffle underwear (other than this one not lined with fleece) so she still looks the way I love her! But these are good too! Will follow!
