Received this set a few months ago shame and conditioner and hated it at first. It made my hair greasy and flat. Of course if you follow the directions on the bottles let's just say it didn't work for me. My hair was longer at the time, just below my shoulders, and was falling out from all the stress I was under and the medication I was taking. I cut my hair a lot shorter, changed the amount of shampoo and things started happening. My hair looks and feels better, thicker because it has gone shockingly thin and is returning to its shiny strands. My biggest gripe with all shampoo and conditioner kits is that the companies that make these products have to make conditioner in bottles that are nearly twice the size of the shampoo. Many women do their hair twice and only apply conditioner once. As a hairstylist this has been a great asset to my clients and I definitely agree
