Review on Bilstein 24-187237 Rear Shock: Premium Replacement for GM Tahoe/Avalanche/Silver Models by Andre Arias

Installed these on a 2011 Tahoe and it completely eliminated the wobbly feeling on the road. The truck only had 59,000, but the factory dampers were rubbish! Tahoe wanted to bounce violently and shook my keys like crazy! Installs in about an hour on each side of the driveway with hand tools. You will need a size 21 wrench. Be sure to tighten the screws securely as they can rattle at times. There is also a wiring harness/connector on the passenger side at the top of the frame that you can accidentally disconnect if you're not careful. This will cause the ABS/Stabilitrak lights to illuminate on the dash when disabled. Don't ask me how I know that. Don't waste time and money with local junk car parts. Bilstein is the only way if you want to race at the highest level.
