Replaces my old
I used to have one like this, it worked fine but was just getting old and ugly so I decided to replace it. Installation wasn't difficult as I just dropped it in the hole and even the screw holes matched. I haven't calibrated it yet and it may not be necessary. I don't navigate with a compass as I don't go that far and I usually have cell coverage for my phone app and I also have GPS. So far this seems almost accurate, offering comfort as a benchmark when my other high-tech options fail. Haven't found anything else at this price.
