Review on Plantronics Firefly Headset: Enhanced Communication with Model 65219-01 by Kimberly Banks

I've been using the same Plantronics headset for many years with no problems (don't remember the model number but I can think of one in case anyone is interested). But one day I suddenly couldn't get rid of a lot of noises and annoying clicks that pretty much drowned out what was being said on the other end. I was looking for a solution that would eliminate the feedback without having to replace the rest of the Plantronics hardware as it still works great. So I did a little research online and found that I could invest a small amount of money to just replace the mic/headphones. And here is this product. However, much to my surprise, this item does NOT include a new headphone pad. So if after all these years your headphones are looking as unkempt as mine, consider ordering another one. The old microphone can be easily replaced with a new one; simply "pull" the round plug of the old one out of the socket on the headset and "plug" it into the new one. Voila! You're back in business.
