Plantronics Firefly Headset: Enhanced Communication with Model 65219-01 Review

I've looked at two of these in a year or so. The cord is very long and quite thin, which is why they break. I've just replaced the second one with a much cheaper headset that is much better so far.

Plantronics is always good quality. The sound is good, the microphone is good. Not included with headset; comes with an ear hook but can be adapted to a Plantronics headset.

There were (2) parts, an earpiece and headphones in the picture when I bought the product. When the item arrived it appeared to be just an earbud. I would not have paid the price I paid for just one piece if I had known that. Maybe I should pay more attention to the fine print.

I've been using the same Plantronics headset for many years with no problems (don't remember the model number but I can think of one in case anyone is interested). But one day I suddenly couldn't get rid of a lot of noises and annoying clicks that pretty much drowned out what was being said on the other end.
