I like this set very much. I had never made sushi before and it looked like it would be fun. I checked the mats but they looked very difficult. Then I discovered that there were several sushi kits that seemed a lot easier than mats. After going through all the sets I came to the conclusion that this is the best deal, with the best reviews and at a great price. I made sushi for the first time yesterday. I was surprised how easy it was after watching their videos. My sushi was almost perfect and my girlfriend was very impressed. And the cost of vegetarian sushi is much less if you make it yourself. This knife was really helpful as it is much thinner than the knives I currently own. I really like this set and plan on making my sushi myself from now on instead of buying it.
