This set looks great. Ordered as a gift for someone. My only issue (and the reason I gave it 4 stars) is that it didn't come with any instructions. The person for whom it was purchased is not tech savvy and should not attempt to search online for instructions. Because of this, I had to take screenshots of videos of someone using it and send her each one so she could figure out how to use it.

The set is AMAZING! Makes sushi a breeze for absolute beginners. Wonderful learning content through videos. You will not receive web addresses until you receive your order. I read in one out of ten sushi review articles that this kit was great but no instructions. The instructions are included with the product and are very easy to understand. love all around Also amazing quality!

This set makes preparing sushi so easy and although it takes a little time to prepare the ingredients, this set will save you time as everything is included in the set. The knife is very sharp and I appreciate it when it makes a nice clean cut when serving sushi. I also love the different shape options you have in this set. I also like the different spatulas that come with the kit. I like it. No complaints!

Very easy and fun sushi making kit. The video tutorials help a bit but don't seem to cover all the tools included. We'll have to experiment with using smaller sizes in the kit. Also, we got sushi very full of rice and we recommend reducing the amount of rice to make room for the toppings. The set is dishwasher safe, however water got into one of the pieces and was difficult to clean. Maybe we will hand wash it in the future. For the price, simplicity and fun. 4 stars seems correct.

I've been trying to make sushi at home for a long time and this set really does the job. After reading some of the reviews it seemed like there were good instructional videos included. And so it is!
