If you're like me making sushi for the first time, you have absolutely no idea how it all works! What impressed me the most was the free videos they offered which REALLY helped me understand how everything works. I was able to order the right rice, sauces etc and my first experience was amazing! In fact, we probably won't be spending hundreds of dollars on sushi that we can now make at home (and some even taste better). The set was well made and durable. Only complaint was washing and cleaning all the tiny crevices BUT this is dishwasher safe so it doesn't matter if you have one. The knife was perfect so it was very easy to cut the buns. Very happy with the kit and in just a month it's used 10 times haha.
