I ordered it in November when my fridge died. Since I live in a fridge, I've delayed making sushi a bit. Later more. However, FF is up to date and I have to say it's a pretty easy set to use. The most important thing to remember is rice. Rice has to be just right or it can be a chore. Find a good recipe and stick to it. No pun. I'm still very new to this, but my photo is of my very first sushi I've ever made. I was pleased. ** When I bought this it arrived without the bamboo mat. So I contacted AyaSushi a few months later to see if it was a bug and really wasn't expecting anything since so much time had passed. Surprise! They said the product changed to include a mat. When I bought mine it wasn't there. So I thought, well, I missed it. NO! Not only did they say they would send me a mat, they sent me the whole Bamboo Kit! I don't think I've ever been treated so kindly by a Revain daughter in the 20 years I've shopped at Revain. A plain rug would be higher and higher. But the whole set!? IMPRESSIVE! Thanks, AY!
