I've been trying to make sushi at home for a long time and this set really does the job. After reading some of the reviews it seemed like there were good instructional videos included. And so it is! Definitely helps a lot because this set is fun but NOT a toy. It's amazing once you get the hang of it. I really enjoy making sushi with my kids (but watch out for the knife. It's a professional sushi knife and it's very sharp!). If you're trying to save some money, love DIY, and love sushi, this is for you!
