This is a locksmith's nightmare! The metal blade of this wrench is NOT made of brass alloy. It's steel and will ruin the metal cutter. If you really want the locksmith to get mad at you then you've come to the right place. There is also no transmitter to allow this key to start your BMW. The keyless door remote is the only thing that works with this key. Finally, when you make a cut, the ignition will turn on, but the starter will not start. It cost me $25 to cut it open only to find the ignition transmitter was missing. Also, the plastic handle falls apart when you try to turn the key in the ignition. Run away! run away
