Review on Spektrum by Steve Yatnalkar

I recently bought a Spektrum remote-controlled car and can't wait to put it through its paces. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I discovered that not all of the components were included. It took almost two weeks for the missing pieces to appear after I contacted customer service. Some of the pieces didn't fit together when I attempted to put the car together after getting the missing pieces. It was a hassle, and I had to spend more time and money making adjustments so that the pieces would fit. Furthermore, the vehicle's quality fell short of my hopes. It stopped working after only a few uses, and the customer service person I spoke with about getting it fixed was rude and unhelpful. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my time spent with Spektrum. Because of their shoddy quality assurance and unhelpful staff, I highly doubt I will ever buy from them again.
