Below is my original review. The following summer the kit broke again and I ended up having to replace the entire mower. I'm not changing my guess because I'm not sure if the kit was removed because other parts had to be replaced like the steering shaft or something with the front wheels. watched more videos online), but I did this and it works great. I would also recommend if (like me) you haven't lubricated your mower well do this in conjunction with that (grease gun on each fitting especially the front handlebars) and also make sure your front tires are correct (always full). inflated and replace if one or both fail to hold air. If you do this it will perform like a new mower and these parts shouldn't wear out anytime soon. EDIT: I forgot to mention why I only gave her 4 stars. There are two screws that attach the sector gear to the mounting plate, but only one of the two is included (and in my case the one that was in much better and recyclable condition). The one that was NOT included was very difficult to remove and almost as difficult to put back on. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't include this. They included two plastic grommets when only one was needed so it could just have been a packaging error.
