Stupid I was trying to pry the vacuum cleaner into place and the part holding it up broke. We have another vacuum cleaner that just comes loose with a slight motion, that was the last one I used so yeah. Oops. I installed it myself. It was easy enough to do. Just look at your old piece to see how it fits and what it's attached to.
