Pros: Sealed bearings; zinc steel; thick mounting plate; quick action; consistent rebound; Great replacement for the heavy and fast Everlast 2 station bag (the 2nd station comes with a plastic ball swivel which is very slow and loses accuracy over time). I am very happy with this purchase. This is a great upgrade for my two station machine. The twirl is fast, allowing me to pull off more complex combos with more speed and more consistency on each bounce.
