I'm a fan of Ankers products, especially iPhone cables. Everything seems very well designed and they definitely stand behind their products. When buying a case I wanted something with the latest bridge controller chip and it was a good size (compact). It also had to be good at dissipating heat, which should be factored into your research as the chips get hot on large gears. During the large transfer I needed (2TB Samsung) the case got very hot and the transfer rate dropped from around 600MB/s to 250MB/s, but I believe this is intentional on the chip and to protect the memory . So no complaints. Easy to install and I'm glad I paid a small premium to protect my $600 memory chip. And the cable is excellent - one worth it. It was money well spent in my opinion, although I was tempted by cheaper alternatives. I'm still an Anker fan as this product hasn't let me down. Keep it up!
