I found it easy to assemble and serves my purpose. However, it has two disadvantages. For some reason the manufacturers put it on small feet, which means you can't put it very close to the edge or it might slide off. I was going to put mine on the power supply of my 12x12" masterpiece, but since the holder is a bit wider and has those stupid feet, it should sit right on top of my desk and take up more space than I intended. Another downside is that the screen of each tray has a large company logo imprint, which means that the tray is not smooth, which means that if you put a stack of papers on it, the bottom sheets with this imprint will come off, so you have to protect the papers with a folder or a sheet of cardboard Stupid and very annoying.
