Okay first I want to say I've been to 3 different mechanics about random/multiple engine misfire code (P0302). No mechanic could fix the problem. Then I met a mechanic who recommended I change the spark plugs and ignition coils because I had Bosch parts installed. I had no idea it matters what brand these Honda engines use because I'm not a Honda fan. I replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs as recommended by the OEM, a Denso brand. These coils were of great importance. Now I have a nice car to take me to and from work. No more misfires and I'm really surprised because I bought 2 other sets of ignition coils, 1 set was from Revain and they weren't cheap. And the other was from 1Aauto, which was also expensive. I was initially hesitant to buy them but they are worth it! I am very happy that I now have a reliable car. Folks, if you're having a misfire in your Honda Civic and don't have factory coils, try these! They work!
