Bought these smart plugs based on reviews with an immediate task. Just turn my Christmas tree on and off. I do a lot of home automation but this was and probably will be the last time I have used a Refoss product (which is actually Meross). After about three days of effort, reading tons of tips online, searching for solutions on several Apple home automation discussion forums I frequent, and a slow response from Refoss support, I decided to return the plugs and get another one product to buy. Refoss plugs never pair successfully with HomeKit, although I followed the instructions before teeing off. When I finally got the support reply form, their solution was to pretty much take my home network apart and turn off all the other automation devices I have. Didn't want to do it. Others might have had better luck, but pairing your automation hardware with HomeKit shouldn't be that difficult.
