Review on Bahco 6 Inch 474 150 0 80 Cabinet Scraper by Michael Wilson

I bought three of these. They are made in Portugal. I don't know why they didn't state that clearly in the product description. some may feel cheated. They weren't sharp (like every card stripper I know) but took me no more than a minute to sand them down and get great results. I didn't have to file and sandstone the edges before polishing. If I had prepared them properly, my results could probably have been even better. The steel worried me a lot: if it was too hard then it was a titanic task to polish, if too soft then the edge wouldn't stand up to short-term stress. Bahco tries to find a reasonable compromise. I highly recommend them.
