Wrong label. Much larger than the 20" description. Reading other reviews I see now that I'm not the only one who got burned on this one. Unfortunately I bought them as a spare a while ago and so far I have them not needed so the return period is long overdue which is very bad as they appear to be good lights the presta valves are well made and have a removable core which is a great feature unfortunately I can't trust the brand that it ships the right size, so I'll have to look elsewhere for that odd size/valve combination.
