I bought this to cover a quick cheek rest. But he didn't like sticking to the rounded tip of the shaft. Then it came loose on one side, then the other. But the amount sent was enough to make two attempts with the rest and make liners for all the boxes lying on my desktop. There is still a 6 x 6 inch cutout. The thickness is better in some cases than others. It's not shedding or stretching. Overall I would order more of these if I need it.
