I like that it is an all-inclusive program, not just one part of my job or department but everything at once! It's very helpful to see how other departments are doing as well when you're trying implement change throughout our organization. Also allows me access from home which helps keep productivity up during vacation time (I'm out). There was some confusion with the training/webinar because we had so many people signup for them before they were able to go through - however this worked itself out eventually. We've been using WSI since its inception within CCOA several years ago now; has helped us track OSHA compliance across multiple areas of safety & health including first aid knowledge among employees.
