My mum really needs this her hearing is almost gone she struggles with phones and is not at all sure about calling herself and I usually do that for her, but I'm too hard of hearing so it's not really a basis for me either, but it has a louder volume and the important part is that it's louder and clearer. Sometimes louder also means it's harder for you to understand if you're hard of hearing, and this one is clear enough that louder isn't distorted or difficult to understand. Great phone. This item is good quality and worth buying. It arrived in good condition and I did not find any defects in the product and I fully recommend it.
