Perfect replacement
Very easy installation, mine was ready in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely spend $5 or so to get a set of nylon tools to pry out the part of the dash that holds the start button. For about $45 and 10 minutes of my time everything works great. The dealer asked $400 to fix the problem.
