I bought two sets for all the windows. I have a two story colonial white house with black shutters, which is why candles in the windows were such a great thing at Christmas. It took me a while to figure out that the candles would automatically turn on and off at the same time every night. I'm still not sure how I programmed the remote to do this. I just turned them on at 5:30 p.m. and then hit the 4 o'clock button. I did it again on the 2nd night and then forgot about the 3rd night but then I realized they appeared on their own. I kept the box they came in for easy storage after Christmas after removing the batteries. Candles are very beautiful and easy to use.
