Replaced the batteries, swapped the "Flame" screw on the sections. Still no luck. Faulty LED flame sections, I am very sure. The rest is very good. There should be one star but we currently expect so many rejections. It would be 5 stars but the quality problem. Buy a few more than you need.

These candles are amazing! They are as bright as the plug-ins I replaced in 16 windows, emitting a soft yellowish light. I don't use suction cups because I have internal screens. I had a few minor issues and emailed the company and they were responsive and accommodating. I wish all businesses on Amazon were that easy to deal with.

I like that the color is more yellow-orange than most LED candles which are soft white.
