This was my first time buying LED candles of any kind and I wasn't optimistic about their performance - I figured they would all be cheap, die in a few days, be light and constantly falling off, ultimately more trouble than they were worth. I've always loved the idea and look of lighting candles in windows at Christmas (or during those long upstate New York winters) and with the pandemic preventing me from traveling home for Christmas, I thought it would be worth a try. find something I've read Reddit boards, blogs and Amazon reviews for literally 20 different brands of these things and for the price I went with it based on the positive reviews and the number of candles + accessories (suction cups, remote timer, batteries included). They have arrived and far exceeded my expectations for weight, looks and function: they are plastic but with nice faux drops of wax on the sides which looks convincing, they are surprisingly strong and stable on a narrow window sill (I'm not assumed suction cups), remote control The controls work well up close, and the flickering effect is quite soothing and almost as pleasant to look at as a real flame. I ordered an 8 pack and was a bit disappointed to find that one of the candles would not light up and the other would go out intermittently. I wrote to the support email address provided and, surprisingly, received a reply within a day - they offered not only to replace the defective candles, but also to send a whole replacement set. A few days later I received a new set of 4 candles in the mail (all working perfectly). I was completely blown away by the ease and quality of the customer support. Right now they're all gaining strength for about two weeks - so far so good! I promise you I've done my research on LED window candles and I can tell you with confidence that they are!
