Easy to use with many features available in one toolbox, such as process monitoring, optimization, statistical analysis and predictive modelingEasy graphical interface for process engineers / industrial operatorsVery good support team - whenever there is anything you need, they are ready to help! The only thing I dislike about this product is that it's not free, but at least we can't complain about price-quality ratio (at least from my experience). We have developed our own custom models like quality inspection of parts manufacturing using SPC charts and process control charts, which has improved overall factory quality and production efficiency.
