This product has two problems. The biggest problem is that the top of the device is made of thin rubber. It should be hard plastic, like the sides, except for a small area where the cable enters. The rubber upper on mine is not only thin, but also concave, centered under the sides. The material used for the top makes the device almost unusable. Due to the rubber used, it is very difficult to insert and remove the remote control with one hand. If I understood that, I would never buy this item and after assembling and testing I don't use it. Another problem I have with this product is that it does not include a cable. It's probably listed somewhere, but if you don't have the black plastic cable you'll probably be very unhappy if you don't figure it out before reassembling. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Find a better product or don't buy it at all. It's a shame because I believe there is a need in the market for such a high quality product.
