I have used this device several times so far and it is convenient. I was able to compare another WiFi device to this one (on the plan with a SIM card). When used without a SIM card, the speed was lower, but not bad overall. I didn't experience any signal drop either, but I mainly used it outdoors. I ran a speed test once and got about 25Mbps download and over 5Mbps upload. Nothing great, but not terrible either. My local hotspot with a sim card was twice as fast as downloads and similar downloads when I ran the test right after. I was careful with my dates. It seems fairly calculated (at least I hope so!). I haven't really tracked data usage so far, but nothing special about it so far. Of course I would like cheaper prices. There are some deals that I think are pretty good (depending on your location), but most plans are pretty expensive.
