Original message: I was able to connect bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy A11 Android. I could see the song's title on the screen, but there's no Bluetooth audio for music or calls. I increased the media volume to the maximum but there is still no sound. The radio works perfectly with sound. Addendum: The seller offered to replace or refund 50%. I accepted a replacement but the seller didn't send a replacement. It looks like the seller won't replace my order until I leave a positive feedback. The seller doesn't seem to understand any of my emails and keeps asking me to leave positive feedback. I will not leave positive feedback if I am not satisfied with my order. I was so mad at the vendor playing games that I decided to throw the radio in the trash.
