Review on Panasonic KX-TCA430 Comfort-Fit, Foldable Headset: Noise-Cancelling Mic, Volume Control - Grey/Silver by Jennifer Miller

I didn't expect to really like this headset as I'm used to the other one which is now out of production. It works well, the sound is good, I hope it lasts a long time. Very glad I bought it. I don't feel any pressure from the headband and the microphone is in the right place where I don't notice it. The connection between the headset and the phone also seems to be quite good - it sits deep, doesn't hang down to break or separate. I've had it for a while and it still works fine. Due to my mistakes the earpiece came off twice and was easy to put back together and still works great. The only "feature" I want to change is the mute function. The mute function on my old headset was great, I could press it to mute the sound leaving both hands free. With this headset, the mute button is the button - I have to hold it with one hand when mute is off so I only have one hand free.
