There are also different sprays that you can buy. this is the only one ---- we use the ones we bought at the kids shoe store in the mall. but BUY spray is NOT required. a soapy cloth will do the job. Natural foot deodorant and shoe deodorant spray for athletes. Combats odor and odor caused by bacteria on feet and shoes. Better than messy powders, antiperspirants, pads and pads. Spray directly onto feet or into any type of shoe while running.
