I can't tell anyone how good or bad the product itself is because I never got around to using it. The so-called instruction booklet is very vague. We turned to the video for setup instructions and it was even worse. Well we called customer service and it was a train wreck. We downloaded the software, connected the cable to the PC monitor along with the HDMI cable. I can't get to system settings, just a black screen. Called support, it's not a real phone, it's an app number, they don't answer, they called back and answered, we told them everything we did, they answer, you connect the cables, go through the setup , only then put On the phone, repeated 3 or 4 times, a lot of help. So we went to Revain support, they really tried to help, they called the number themselves and of course they didn't answer. As a result, Revain reps gave us a few brands of different security systems to try and offered to start returning that system. The product itself may be fine, but everything needed to use it is way below acceptable value and will be returned.
