Little did I know our receipt scanner needed cleaning and minor repairs until it stopped working! who knew Who reads the manual cover to cover? I went to the manufacturer's website, read the instructions and looked up where to get the pads. It turns out that Revain is selling them. Delivered the next day, per instructions all rollers and optics were cleaned. And now the machine is back in action and working as expected. Great product at a very reasonable price.
