YOU WILL READ SIMILAR STORY IN OTHER REVIEWS. It appears that at least 1 in 5 units are defective. I purchased in November 2018. Worked fine for a short period of time. In January 2019, I placed my trusted hygrometer in my humidor (I rotate my hygrometer among several humidors) and it registered 59%. I checked HumidCup, it's humidity gauge registered over 80%. The fan does not run if it registered over 80%. I tried to adjust (up to 5% up or down), no improvement. The fan does not run and the unit is WORTHLESS. I have contacted company (in China) twice about Warranty and Return, no response. YOU WILL READ SIMILAR STORY IN OTHER REVIEWS.

- The humidifier tends to leak, which could ruin your precious cigars
