I used my regular shampoo and then applied this hair mask. Leave it on for 5 minutes and comb through my hair with a comb in the shower. The smell is amazing (if you love bananas, which I do). After washing I let my hair air dry and it turns out so smooth and soft. I have good hair too. I've found that with this product, a little goes a long way, so one bottle can go a long way. I have never used a hair mask before and I love the life it has given my hair back. I will continue to use it 1-2 times a week.
