I used my regular shampoo and then applied this hair mask. Leave it on for 5 minutes and comb through my hair with a comb in the shower. The smell is amazing (if you love bananas, which I do). this hair mask is very good! I have long straight hair that is very dry and most conditioners don't moisturise enough but this one does. Lately I've had better luck with Korean made hair products and I think I'll switch and stop buying drugstore items because the prices are the same but the quality is much better and especially less stiff on my ends. I would not recommend this for thin, low density hair. perfect for coarser hair but may not moisturize enough for curly hair but ymmv. Rinses well

This conditioner smells very pleasant. I know it doesn't mean it's squatting for its conditioning ability, but it does have great flavor. I've been trying different conditioners lately.
