I was very disappointed with the quality of the packaging. The box was damaged and the monitor was deformed. Therefore, the touch function cannot be used. I have to operate everything with a keyboard and mouse. However, the left mouse click did not work. It doesn't work at all. Although the problem can be solved with an external mouse, the portability of the PC is lost. CPU is always overloaded when idle, I notice it will always stay at 100% CPU. This is because the processor is very old and weak. I can't even open the doc file. There is no copper pipe in a PC's heatsink. The RAM is soldered to the motherboard. There is no update. The SSD is made by a Chinese company and there is no clear information about the copy and read speeds. There is a fan for heat dissipation, but it is soldered to the motherboard and has no connection to the heat pipe. So that doesn't help much.
