Definitely not chalk

This is NOT chalk. It's soft and more like soft chalk. Gave it to my niece for Christmas. She was so excited and then completely disappointed. The only way to make her blonde hair stand out is to pull her hair back and then draw it in with wet, sticky "chalk." She was sad because she couldn't use it at school. Some teachers don't allow you to dye your hair. Chalk can clean it up. However, this should be removed with a damp cloth or a wash.
