Knew what to expect with the extra length to compensate for the narrow toe. There is a little extra "empty space" in the forefoot of the shoe to make it feel right. I added inserts to the loafers that provide arch support and prevent them from riding around the leg. The size differences are fairly well documented in the reviews. The biggest issue I had with this pair was that the color was very different from the picture and description. The "dark tan" was more of a cream (super light color). For the low price I think I will actually keep them for spring/summer shoes but the buyer should be careful as they are not that dark and look good in real life.
