As a new buyer for Home and Kitchen products, I am highly impressed with this porcelain souffle dish! According to my experience, it is perfect for desserts and small portion meals. The quality is durable and the size is just right for my kitchen. The best part about this bakeware is that it is oven, dishwasher and microwave safe which makes it convenient for quick cleanups .The only con i found was that it was smaller than I thought but it was a perfect size for individual portions..
