I bought this for my wife thinking the finish had overcome the product failures of the last few years but this one broke after about 45 days of little use. I was pursuing a refund to a facility in Kentucky on Thursday, June 25 and am awaiting a refund. A piece of junk cost me $180. Because of his refusal, he was charged a $180 restocking fee for broken trash. From now on I'll stick with Apple products and limit what I buy from Revain. This should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Typical Microsoft blue screen of death!
