The ease of use and the quality of the product is really good. There is just about everything you may need and more. The customer service is above industry standards and the overall customer experience is great. I wish that there was an option to integrate with other services like Twilio or the other solutions that are out there. We were looking for a tool that was easy to use, but with the options we were looking at it was almost too easy. We are looking to see how we can further integrate with our other services. We have been able to solve our problems with all aspects of call routing and text to speech.
